Washing Conditions – Nestaground

1. Wash request. Once we receive your request, we will send you a secure payment link. Your rug will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
2. Rug preparation. Before collection, please prepare your rug as follows:
   • fold it in half lengthwise;
   • roll it tightly;
   • secure it with adhesive tape;
   • place it in a suitable protective bag.
   We will send you a shipping label to print and attach to the parcel before the carrier arrives.
3. Turnaround time. The average washing time is approximately 15 days from the date we receive your rug. This may vary slightly depending on the time of year or the nature of the work required.
4. Wash result. Our aim is to restore your rug to its full beauty, suppleness and brightness. In the vast majority of cases, clients find their rug more beautiful than when they first bought it.
5. Stains. Washing removes most dirt. However, some old, chemical or deeply set stains may be permanent and cannot be fully eliminated despite all precautions taken.
6. Repairs. If we notice any tears, significant wear or damage requiring attention, we will provide you with a quote before undertaking any repair. No additional work will be carried out without your approval.
7. Additional work. Certain specific situations (exceptional stains, specific interventions, restoration, fringe reattachment or selvedge work, etc.) may require a surcharge, which will always be communicated to you in advance.
8. Liability. Nestaground takes the utmost care of every rug entrusted to us. Alterations related to age, prior wear, previous repairs or pre-existing damage cannot engage our liability. Equally, the complete removal of certain stains cannot be guaranteed.
9. Acceptance. Submitting your washing order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
